Another solid session on Saturday by our 6 Week Body crew at the Queens Park Rope Mania workout. Battling ropes, hills and stairs combined make a killer workout on the legs and lungs… with many people saying week 2 being the toughest of the 6 week challenge. Congratulations to the Yellow team for winning this week’s Team game with a very close sprint finish with the grey team.
